Frank Chen
Composer, Conductor, Guitarist
Feiyu (Frank) Chen is a composer from China Shanghai, who studies composition at Berklee College of Music in the United States. He is interested in sound exploration and mixing cultures and genres. He has written music for several ensembles and artists, including Splice Ensemble, Boston Latin School Wind Ensemble, HyperCube Ensemble, and Mivos Quartet. He currently lives in Boston.
Attending Divergent Studio
Frank is going to attend Divergent Studio in Longy School of Music of Bard College. He is going to have master class with Chen Yi and Marti Epstein. He will write a piece and premiered by Loadbang Ensemble.
